As of 6/21/2022 MUMMP has 6 gardens (see photos) We have stewards for each of our sites. Gardens were started in fall of 2021 when we used landscape fabric and tarps to smother the existing grass. We also started seed from seeds gathered in fall of 2021 along with plant donations from Marengo Community High School and purchases from RVC Wildones which were added to the gardens. We are off to a fantastic start. One of the gardens, the Park Garden was an existing garden started several years ago and the MUMMP is now the stewards of that garden. We look forward to a garden at the High School this fall when the Ag. teacher will be starting one there.
